The Citizens of Battambang and indeed, the whole Country, vote today for candidates for Local Government election.
Here is a message from His Majesty King Norodom Sihamoni:
“I publicly appeal for compatriots, brothers and sisters, children and
grandchildren not to be scared of oppression, intimidation or threats by
any individual or political party,”
I think the king should be in this custom/uniform. It makes him looks more powerful!!!!
