2. Provide hotels and restaurants with a local source for skilled Staff.

3. Cater for the dietry need sof students at an affordable price.

4. Furnish visitors and locals alike with an opportunity to savor Khmer and Western cuisine and contribute to the development of Cambodia's human resources at the same time.
