Technical Project Manager

DDD is now seeking for qualified Cambodian or foreigner candidate who are living in Cambodia to fill the position of Technical Project Manager based in Battambang office.
Key Responsibilities:
§ The candidate will be primarily responsible for managing all project details: scope, schedule, budget, client communications, issue resolution, managing/coordinating tasks between cross-functional teams, and communications with Sr. Management
§ Manage communications with all stakeholders inclusive of clients, partners, internal staff, and DDD Sr. Management
§ Engage multiple stakeholders across regions, cultures, and functions in order to guarantee efficient execution of deliverables
§ Translate client business requirements into production rules, set up and organize project workflow, and follow up to ensure proper execution
§ Build sustainable processes for different components of the project in order to ensure long term success
§ Work with Operations Manager to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and on spec
§ Build Quality Assurance processes by working with local team and experts
Essential Requirements:
§ 3 years + experience in project team management
§ 2 years + Proven experience with technical skills like: OCR, XML, scripting, etc
§ BS or BA in Computer Science, Business or equivalent class outside of school (certificate required)
§ Experience in DDD’s content BPO industry; in particular, digitization services
§ Java knowledge preferred
§ Strong communication skills and fluent in English
§ Understands how automation and software can increase efficiency
§ Positive attitude towards the organization work and colleagues
§ Output and results oriented
§ An analytical mind aimed at a fair and accurate presentation of situations
§ Willing to accept changes at work
§ Team player and cooperative/ supportive to colleagues
§ Appreciation for DDD’s Social Mission
