From 5:30 - 7:30 pm this Saturday January 14th, the public are invited to celebrate the opening of Sammaki's first exhibition of the new year, "Veins of Cambodia" featuring the work of Roeun Sokhom.
About the artist:
Roeun Sokhom was born in Battambang in 1987, and he studied at Phare Ponleu Selpak.
He mostly works in water
colour and acrylic. In his exhibition “Veins of Cambodia” his works
identify the problems in Cambodian society and share his art to his
fellow Cambodians and the world.
Sokhom has exhibited in Cambodia, France, and Thailand. Now He works and lives in Battambang.
The
artist will be there to talk about his work and answer any questions on
Saturday, and the exhibition will remain open in Sammaki from this
Saturday until February 24th.
